Crowds were ten deep in places as the procession wound through the town and were particularly entertained by the SATCO Theatre Co., the male members in black leotards and tights dancing around in a Beyonce tribute. Just Georges CC float broke down en route and the competitors had to walk. Two new entries this year were the Home In Frome Project with homemade lanterns and the Diva’s CC with Zimmer Lympics. The Butler & Tanner Trophy went to Magnum CC with Nightmare and in the afternoon the Stacey Cup was awarded to Georgia Kitchen as a Right Royal Flush.
