Carnival spirit swept through Frome on Saturday when thousands of people flocked onto the streets to witness one of the best processions ever. No amount of forward planning can guarantee the weather but Frome was blessed with a dry day after a week of heavy rain. The Staplemead Trophy went to Hot Rock CC with It’s Raining Men which included a singing nun and a rocking vicar! The Butler & Tanner Social Club Trophy was won by Airsprung CC with Romantique.
