Heading the evening procession was Carnival Queen Gillian Norcott with her maids of honour followed by Sylvette Allard, Carnival Queen of Chateau Gontier, Frome’s twin town in France. This year the Butler and Tanner cup was won by JW Singer & Sons Sports and Social Club with Circus Escapade.
