“The best ever” was the verdict on Frome Carnival which packed the town on Saturday and gave the police a hectic time in dealing with traffic. Mr Derek Scott delighted the crowds with his vintage Ford Flivver and JW Singer & Sons Sports and Social Club won the Jennings Cup with King Arthur And His Rusty Knights.
