Frome burst into life on Saturday as an explosion of colour, light and music wound its way from one end of the town to the other. An amazing £5,500 was raised, to be given to charity in the months to come. Overall winner in the afternoon was Claire May as a Butterfly. In the evening the tableau winner was ARC Carnival Club with Temple of the Rising Eagle.
